Noah is a Quality Engineer at Quality Electrical Systems, a manufacturer of e-houses and power distribution buildings for utility-scale electrical infrastructure, and in practice its chief internal auditor. He runs the internal audit program and hosts the customer and third-party audits.
He is a certified ISO 9001 lead auditor. The work is the same discipline either way: read the system clause by clause, evidence first, and find where the documented process and the floor disagree before an outsider does it for you.
On an engagement, Noah brings the audit host's view. He knows what the auditor asks for, what a plant scrambles to produce at the last minute, and which gaps between procedure and practice close quickly, because he has closed them from the inside.
